Claire's: Glow in the Dark

Years ago, at Hot Topic of all places I found a polish that claimed to glow in the dark, very excited by is claim I decided yo pick it up. While having good pigment and nice, evenly spreadable glitter, this polish chips very easily and doesn't have the best formula. Here it is over Salon Perfect's Gone Sailing. 

Oh, and if you were wondering, it does not glow in the dark!
